Coupon Karma and Coupon Guilt

I’ve talked about Coupon Guilt plenty of times in the past. It’s where you forget your coupons at home and feel really bad about not having them. Today I forgot my coupons for Michael’s and almost thought about going home to get them. (I only live about 5 minutes away from the store). Anyway, it was raining and I was tired and hungry. So I decided to bite the bullet, and shop without my coupons!

Then luck started to come my way. I call this Coupon Karma. Well what do you know, when I walked up to the register the lady behind me asks me if I would like to use one of her coupons! Ch-ching! An instant $2.80 off my order! I sure was thankful for that.

Next, I went to Walmart. When I was at the checkout, the lady behind me put a huge toilet paper pack on the counter. There was a huge $1.50 off coupon peelie on the side of the package that I know she didn’t see. I said, “Hey, you got a big coupon there!” She pulled off the peelie and said, “Wow, that sure is a good one. Thanks!” I like saving money, but I like helping others save, too!

Have you experienced Coupon Guilt or Coupon Karma?
